- Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise delivery aligns with the Tiffany Touch.
- Act as an effective communicator and brand ambassador.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and deliver excellence in all tasks.
- Complete daily operational tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist with merchandise inventory reconciliation and report discrepancies.
- Partner with client advisors and management to respond to requests promptly.
- Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during client interactions.
- Apply product knowledge to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support company operations objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Support client relationships to drive loyalty and spending.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve commercial targets.
- Collect data to support client cultivation.
- Handle internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to connect with Tiffany clients.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with client advisors, management, and corporate partners.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Minimum of 2 years in retail operations, with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
A college/university degree is desired.
The hiring range for this position is $22.53 - $30.48 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
