- Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
- Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador.
- Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment with minimal supervision.
- Assist with reconciling merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
- Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests promptly.
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during client interactions.
- Support company operations objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Support client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
- Collect data during client interactions to support client cultivation.
- Handle internal and external correspondence to support sales opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Ability to connect with Tiffany clients.
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
A minimum of 2 years of prior retail experience in retail operations is required.
A college or university degree is desired.
