1. Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
2. Ensure merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
3. Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador.
4. Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment with minimal supervision.
5. Assist with reconciling merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
6. Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests promptly.
7. Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
8. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during client interactions.
9. Support company operations objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
10. Support client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
11. Collect data during client interactions to support client cultivation.
12. Handle internal and external correspondence to support sales opportunities.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
4. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

A minimum of 2 years of prior retail experience in retail operations is required.

A college or university degree is desired.
