- Provide exceptional client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.
- Ensure all merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
- Serve as an effective communicator and brand ambassador.

- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
- Collaborate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to address requests for product and service information.
- Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every client interaction.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Support company operations efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and lifetime value.
- Support store operations to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collect and utilize client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Manage internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
A college/university degree is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $21.25/hr - $28.75/hr, with eligibility for sales commission.
