1. Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
2. Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
3. Act as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador.
4. Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
6. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
7. Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for assistance.
8. Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
9. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
10. Implement standard methodologies to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
11. Support company operations efficiency objectives.
12. Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
13. Collect data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
14. Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence.

Minimum 3 years

Preferred: A college/university degree

The salary range for this position is $21.25/hr - $28.75/hr. The rate of pay offered will depend on candidates’ relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
