- Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
- Act as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador.
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
- Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for assistance.
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Implement standard methodologies to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Support company operations efficiency objectives.
- Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
- Collect data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence.
- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 3 years
Preferred: A college/university degree
The salary range for this position is $21.25/hr - $28.75/hr. The rate of pay offered will depend on candidates’ relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
