- Provide exceptional client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.
- Ensure all merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
- Act as a brand ambassador and excellent communicator.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering creativity and innovation while delivering excellence.
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
- Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to address product and service inquiries.
- Enhance the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and implementing best practices.
- Support company operational efficiency objectives by improving processes and providing feedback.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increase spending.
- Support the store in achieving or exceeding commercial targets through effective operations.
- Collect data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Handle internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs.
- Ability to connect with clients effectively.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
A college/university degree is preferred.
