- Lead and perform all back‑of‑house store operations including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
- Act as key holder and manager on duty when required: open/close store, coordinate order fulfillment, manage inventory, and oversee client service activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company operational policies.
- Manage jewelry care tasks such as cleaning and intake for repairs, ensuring items are processed securely and documented appropriately.
- Support sales objectives by partnering with sales professionals to collect client data, drive key product pillars, and execute sales support functions.
- Coach and mentor team members on operational processes; provide feedback on process improvements to enhance productivity and service.
- Monitor and act on NPS and client feedback to elevate the in‑store experience and resolve client or employee concerns using company policy and judgment.
- 2–3 years of retail experience in operations with practical knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; flexibility to perform varied day‑to‑day tasks.

Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on retail operations experience, including inventory management, order fulfillment, client service, and shipping/receiving in a luxury or high‑service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist or coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is a plus.
