- Provide exceptional client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise delivery aligns with Tiffany's standards of excellence.
- Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador.
- Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and deliver excellence in all tasks.
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with client advisors, management, and clients to address product and service inquiries.
- Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable client interactions.
- Demonstrate passion for the Tiffany brand and apply deep product knowledge to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support company operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Cultivate client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Execute operations functions to support the store in achieving commercial targets.
- Manage internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
A college or university degree is preferred.
