- Provide exceptional client service and manage order fulfillment and inventory.
- Ensure all merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
- Act as a brand ambassador and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Champion operational efficiency and complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies as necessary.
- Collaborate with client advisors and management to address product and service inquiries.
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Support sales efforts by deepening client relationships and collecting data to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
A college or university degree is preferred.
