- Ensure standardization of processes across stores to achieve consistency.
- Identify and implement business process improvements to maximize resources and align with company strategies.
- Execute and communicate special projects, procedural changes, and new system implementations to all market stores.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate support groups to establish best practices.
- Act as subject matter expert in developing requirements for new IT systems and managing changes related to legacy systems.
- Monitor operational procedures to ensure market compliance, including inventory accuracy and audit reports.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate standards and assist with special projects.
- Evaluate store spending and make recommendations regarding operational efficiencies.
- Address operational questions or concerns related to policy and procedures.
- Escalate and resolve IT issues with regional support.
- Ensure store presentation meets luxury brand standards.
- Manage market work orders and facilities issues proactively.
- Partner with corporate facilities to prioritize capital requests.
- Assess operational knowledge gaps and develop training solutions.
- Coordinate training efforts for compliance and procedural changes.
- Share feedback on training resources to develop consistency across markets.
- 6-8 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management.
- Proven track record in managing store operations and profitability.
- Experience working with senior retail leadership strategically.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Capability to build and maintain partnerships.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and work non-traditional hours.

Minimum of 5 years in operations, preferably within retail or luxury retail environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
