- Manage logistics and uphold the brand's standards in back office operations, stock management, and after-sales services.
- Receive and verify new stock, coordinate monthly cycle counts and audits.
- Support store reporting SOPs, including filing and documentation of reports.
- Coordinate merchandise repairs and provide support for after-sales care.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or logistics.
- Strong organizational and stock management skills.
- Proficiency in store reporting and documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
A minimum of 3 years in operations or logistics, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
