Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Oversee store merchandise, including receiving, transferring, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain the Daily High Value count and returns report.
- Lead and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory preparations.
- Manage price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
- Process merchandise requests and follow-up on special and back orders.
- Provide superior post-sales client service, ensuring timely completion of repair and engraving orders.
- Assist in visual presentation of merchandise through scheduled cleaning and inspection.
- Support sales floor operations and assist in planning and coordinating store events.
- Manage store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality.
- Perform daily cashier functions and manage accounts payable and cash-related tasks.
- Act as liaison for facilities, IT, Security, and Health & Safety.
- Assist in maintaining and implementing operational support systems.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations, with a focus on merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Analytical skills preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with IT knowledge.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clients, peers, and management.
- Adherence to Tiffany & Co. standards.
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks.
- Fluency in Turkish and English; a third language is advantageous.
