1. Oversee store merchandise, including receiving, transferring, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
2. Monitor and maintain the Daily High Value count and returns report.
3. Lead and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory preparations.
4. Manage price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
5. Process merchandise requests and follow-up on special and back orders.
6. Provide superior post-sales client service, ensuring timely completion of repair and engraving orders.
7. Assist in visual presentation of merchandise through scheduled cleaning and inspection.
8. Support sales floor operations and assist in planning and coordinating store events.
9. Manage store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality.
10. Perform daily cashier functions and manage accounts payable and cash-related tasks.
11. Act as liaison for facilities, IT, Security, and Health & Safety.
12. Assist in maintaining and implementing operational support systems.

1. 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations, with a focus on merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
2. Analytical skills preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with IT knowledge.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with clients, peers, and management.
7. Adherence to Tiffany & Co. standards.
8. Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
9. Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks.
10. Fluency in Turkish and English; a third language is advantageous.
