Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Lead and perform all back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store.
- Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership on key initiatives to support team and sales goals.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of a manager, including coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and overseeing client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by supporting sales and service through exceptional operational support.
- Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise cleaning, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Support operational efficiency objectives by improving productivity and providing feedback on process changes.
- Mentor team members and coordinate work as manager on duty.
- Foster client relationships to drive loyalty and spend, supporting the store in achieving sales targets.
- Collect customer data to cultivate new and existing customer relationships.
- Enhance in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and acting as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Resolve client and employee concerns using knowledge of policy and procedure.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer service excellence.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations is required.
A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
