1. Oversee all aspects of Back of House operations, including Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services coordination.

3. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or in person, ensuring high standards of resolution and adherence to established procedures.
4. Utilize consultative selling and product knowledge to foster and build ongoing customer relationships and confidence.
5. Provide exemplary customer follow-up to support client relationship development.

1. Minimum 1-2 years of retail stock management or inventory control experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
2. Problem-solving ability.
