- Oversee all aspects of Back of House operations, including Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services coordination.
- Ensure timely management and completion of repair and service orders, adhering to Tiffany & Co.'s quality standards and process guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or in person, ensuring high standards of resolution and adherence to established procedures.
- Utilize consultative selling and product knowledge to foster and build ongoing customer relationships and confidence.
- Provide exemplary customer follow-up to support client relationship development.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail stock management or inventory control experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Problem-solving ability.
