- Lead and manage all back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
- Deliver exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and drive sales goals.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by supporting sales and service through efficient operational support.
- Complete daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise maintenance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Enhance company operations efficiency by improving productivity and providing feedback on process changes.
- Mentor team members and coordinate work when acting as manager on duty.
- Cultivate client relationships to drive loyalty and increase spending.
- Support the store in achieving or exceeding sales targets through operations and sales support functions.
- Collect and utilize customer data to cultivate new and existing customer relationships.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable client interactions and acting on feedback.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations, with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

A minimum of 3 years in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
