Tiffany & Co. Operations Associate - Diamond Supply

1. Select stones from inventory to support Manufacturing Work Orders, Virtual Vendor Bulk Picks, and Internal Requests.
2. Consolidate or kit stones as required to meet demand, utilizing instruments and scales to verify accuracy.
3. Perform JDE transactions to supply diamonds in accordance with CODC guidelines and report issues to management.
4. Prepare and package stones according to established procedures.
5. Submit requests for inventory adjustment transactions to fulfill demand requirements.
6. Conduct cycle counts of current inventory to confirm accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
7. Manage special projects ensuring shipments are organized, timely, and accurate.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements and communicating suggestions to management.
9. Assist with various projects and tasks associated with Diamond Division initiatives.
10. Adhere to all Diamond Division and Tiffany & Co. workplace policies and procedures, ensuring safety measures and guidelines are followed.

1. Associate's degree or relevant experience
2. Experience in operations or supply chain
3. Ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
4. Ability to work as part of a team or independently
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

1. Experience with J.D. Edwards
2. Knowledge of the diamond industry
3. Experience handling melee stones (sorting, weighing, and picking)

Beginner level experience in operations or supply chain is required.

Associate's degree or relevant experience is required. An undergraduate degree is preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
