Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of team members and manage their performance.
- Develop and maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale.
- Ensure all tasks within areas of responsibility meet or exceed KPIs.
- Execute distribution operations within established guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor departmental inventory and order flow to ensure turn times are met.
- Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks, providing strategic solutions.
- Support staff results by communicating job expectations and planning.
- Lead, direct, and manage team performance using reporting tools and observations.
- Utilize Six Sigma methodology for root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Maintain departmental documentation and ensure SOPs are updated.
- Participate in providing a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
- College degree is required.
- A minimum of 2-5 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including night and weekend shifts.
