- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that effectively communicate company culture, benefits, and policies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure new employees have necessary resources and support.
- Develop orientation sessions, tours, and training workshops for new hires.
- Curate onboarding materials, including handbooks, training guides, and welcome kits.
- Enhance digital onboarding experiences to ensure consistent exposure to Tiffany's heritage across geographies.
- Collaborate with HRIS, DEIB, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications to integrate programming.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and engagement programs, making necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employee engagement and onboarding.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve onboarding and engagement experiences.
- Create and implement engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention during early tenure.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners and Talent Directors to assess employee engagement levels and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate and support cross-team building activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Support executive recruitment coordination as needed.
- Collaborate with Employee Services and HR leaders to address new employees' questions during onboarding.
- Align onboarding and engagement practices with overall business objectives through close collaboration with HR and management.
- 3+ years of experience within HR
- BA/BS Degree
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated analytical ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Keen attention to detail
- Exemplary people skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Experience supporting HR teams or a global talent function
- Experience with project or event coordination
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
BA/BS Degree
The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $104,190, dependent on skills and experience.
