- Assist in building a strong bridge among Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Stores through effective inventory management.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges, contributing to strategic business decisions.
- Prepare performance review materials, including data compilation and presentation development.
- Monitor new retail initiatives across regions and consolidate feedback for internal stakeholders.
- Support the Merchandising Manager in managing product assortment plans and maintaining a cohesive brand experience.
- Evaluate product collections to inform inventory management and promotional strategies.
- Assist in creating materials and tools for store teams to launch and promote new products.
- Track new product launches and support optimization efforts.
- Provide analytical support by organizing datasets and performing key analyses.
- Develop new reporting and analytical tools to improve merchandising processes.
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Significant prior experience in a similar merchandising role is a plus.
- Strong motivation to learn about merchandising and the luxury retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organized with solid time management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Power BI is a strong plus.
- Fluency in French and English.
Beginner level experience in merchandising or a related field.
Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
