- Execute the MRP production plan as determined by the Supply Chain Organization.
- Manage excess and obsolete inventory, including reporting and processes.
- Validate purchased-item parameters such as safety stock, lot-sizing, and order policies.
- Resolve open order conflicts and supplier capacity constraints with raw-material suppliers.
- Lead qualifications with raw-material suppliers.
- Ensure data integrity of all product information.
- Purchase raw materials for the Forest Hill and Dominican Republic facilities.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage slow-moving inventory reports quarterly.
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to resolve material availability issues.
- Manage relationships with specific vendors and serve as the organization’s point of contact.
- Support the organization in resolving problems with vendor products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- 3 – 5 years experience in Planning/Procurement
- MRP/ERP system experience in a Supply Chain Manufacturing organization
- Strong background in a Lean Manufacturing environment
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Minimum of 5 years in Planning/Procurement within a Supply Chain Manufacturing organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
