- Oversee daily operations of Order Specialists and Vendor Coordinators to ensure service and performance standards are met.
- Manage efficient receiving and preparation of servicing orders for client and stock merchandise.
- Balance demand and capacity internally and externally at vendors.
- Control department costs related to labor and vendor expenses.
- Enhance and maintain an efficient vendor management program to ensure positive vendor performance.
- Contribute to process improvements aligned with company objectives.
- Set and communicate clear goals, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Provide ongoing performance and development feedback to team members.
- Plan and forecast department activities considering historical trends.
- Ensure compliance and effective workflow management.
- Conduct ROI analysis and contingency planning.
- Support special projects that align with business strategy and growth.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience with a strong operational background
- At least 3 years of direct management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work overtime, including weekends
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks
- Strong client orientation focused on excellence in the client journey
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Financial acumen and ability to understand expense statements
- Collaboration and strong business relations

Minimum of 5 years of business experience with a strong operational background, including at least 3 years of direct management experience.
Bachelor's degree
The hiring range for this position is $111,000 - $157,000 annually, with eligibility for a bonus based on performance.
