- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with high-impact influencers, VIPs, and cultural tastemakers in key U.S. markets such as New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.
- Identify and recruit talent who align with Tiffany's brand values and evolving identity.
- Lead influencer integration into key brand moments and cultural events to enhance visibility and relevance.
- Scout and champion emerging voices across design, architecture, art, technology, and culture.
- Ensure the brand's presence reflects diverse and meaningful cultural narratives.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across influencer activations.
- Align influencer activations with product launches and commercial priorities.
- Drive sales and client conversion through strategic product placement on social media and at events.
- Support the recruitment and retention of high-value clients through talent-led experiences and VIP activations.
- Track and report on influencer-driven KPIs tied to conversion, engagement, and lead generation.
- Partner with Client Development, Retail, and e-Commerce teams to integrate influencer impact into CRM and sales strategies.
- Utilize data and performance insights to optimize talent partnerships for ROI.
- Manage strategic gifting and seeding programs to generate organic content with high resonance.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in influencer relations, media, or talent partnerships within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with talent, agents, and cultural figures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret influencer performance data.
- Deep understanding of how influence translates to brand equity and consumer engagement.
- Experience in negotiating and managing influencer contracts in partnership with legal teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly attuned to cultural trends and the evolving digital landscape.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to manage and operate under tight deadlines.

Minimum 7+ years in influencer relations, media, or talent partnerships within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
The hiring range for this position is $130,000 - $157,200, with eligibility for bonus based on performance.
