- Lead global pricing reviews, focusing on market, currency, and competitive positioning.
- Drive innovative reporting and analysis to inform pricing strategies with a focus on sales impact and price elasticity.
- Oversee end-to-end price execution, including setting, adjusting, and troubleshooting market prices.
- Collaborate with zone partners to evaluate market-level positioning and identify opportunities.
- Develop market-specific proposals to enhance strategic competitive pricing efforts.
- Model price change scenarios and analyze their impact on sales and profitability.
- Identify and evaluate price testing opportunities and channel-based optimization.
- Maintain a global competitive pricing library and prepare benchmarking studies.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and presentation support to senior management.
- Develop and coach staff to achieve company objectives and foster a results-oriented team.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity within pricing of luxury items or consumer retail.
- Superior analytical skills and proficiency in statistical modeling.
- Experience with PBI and/or Anaplan pricing models preferred.
- Demonstrated agility in adapting to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong collaborator with interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and develop staff.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and adaptability to new software.

The hiring range for this position is $111,350 - $157,200, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
