- Design and implement change communication and engagement activities to achieve IT transformation objectives.
- Collaborate with HR to develop tools for IT cultural transformation and enhanced team dynamics.
- Draft, edit, and produce engaging messages, including IT announcements, newsletters, and case-for-change stories.
- Utilize and promote a variety of communication channels to engage targeted internal audiences.
- Use metrics and insights to improve communication and change outcomes, implementing real-time dashboards for transparency.
- Promote best practices and communication capabilities within the IT community, enforcing global corporate standards.
- Collaborate with the IT Transformation Office to support standard methodologies across IT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably within a Transformation Office.
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change management and transformation.
- 5+ years of experience in a technology department or global organization.
- Project management and ability to lead projects autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Consultative skills, including workshop facilitation and presentation synthesis.
Minimum of 8 years in leading internal communications and organizational change management, with at least 5 years in a technology department or global organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
