Manager of IT Change and Communications

1. Design and implement change communication and engagement activities to achieve IT transformation objectives.
2. Collaborate with HR to develop tools for IT cultural transformation and enhanced team dynamics.
3. Draft, edit, and produce engaging messages, including IT announcements, newsletters, and surveys.
4. Utilize a mix of communication channels to engage targeted internal audiences.
5. Implement real-time dashboards and reporting tools for transparency in key performance indicators.
6. Promote best practices and communication capabilities within the IT community.
7. Collaborate with the IT Transformation Office to support standard methodologies across IT.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
2. 8+ years of experience leading internal communications, preferably within a Transformation Office
3. 8+ years of experience in organizational change management and transformation
4. 5+ years of experience working in a technology department or global organization

2. Ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple tasks
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships
5. Ability to interact positively with diverse individuals
6. Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality
7. Consultative skills, such as workshop facilitation

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field, with a preference for experience in Retail and/or Consumer Product Goods.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
