Tiffany & Co. Manager of Global Clienteling

- Develop and execute global client strategies to enhance client recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric innovations and support sales growth objectives.
- Manage and plan the Client Development budget, measuring ROI of initiatives.
- Collaborate with regions and markets to implement feedback and support local priorities.
- Enhance clienteling tools and techniques in partnership with digital product and analytics teams.
- Drive retail 1:1 client targeting strategy, ensuring effective communication with clients.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all client development practices.
- Foster a globally consistent client experience while empowering localization.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Proven ability to lead and influence global, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams including Creative, IT, and Retail Sales.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Leadership and influencing skills in global teams.
- Data analysis and strategic insight extraction.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in client development or a similar field.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
The hiring range for this position is $122,485 - $160,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
