- Supervise a team of craftspeople in the finishing and silver repair/alteration of merchandise.
- Ensure day-to-day operations meet established performance goals.
- Support Tiffany Retail by executing repair/alteration orders effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert in product, repair tooling, equipment, technical abilities, and shop safety.
- Leverage talent to adhere to labor cost budgets and set challenging goals.
- Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity and inspires team members.
- Develop management knowledge through hiring, engagement, and coaching.
- Align goals with the luxury brand and customer expectations, measuring results and identifying opportunities.
- Plan and forecast departmental needs based on historical trends.
- Ensure compliance and manage workflow efficiently.
- Support special projects that align with business strategy and growth.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Financial competence and understanding of expense statements.
- Detail-oriented with effective communication skills across management levels.
- Ability to inspire trust, fairness, integrity, and professionalism.
- High ability to collaborate and influence without direct authority.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The hiring range for this position is $111,000 - $157,000, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance.
