Tiffany & Co. Manager of CVM Production

- Manage the production, execution, and global rollout of CVM assets for windows, vitrines, and in-store campaigns.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with global vendors to ensure creative assets are prepared for production.
- Source new vendors and identify local artisans to adapt campaign concepts to different markets.
- Ensure all assets are produced, shipped, delivered, installed, and quality checked according to project briefs.
- Prototype external windows and validate designs with management.
- Approve technical drawings and oversee freelancers responsible for drafting.
- Manage order forms and purchase orders.
- Communicate with CVM regional and field teams regarding collateral needs and feedback.
- Provide updates on deliveries, replacements, and production status to support market needs.
- Collaborate with Design, Graphics, Finance, Strategic Store Planning, Procurement, Visual Merchandising, Customs Compliance, and Logistics for global creative rollouts.
- Serve as the primary contact for budgets related to global rollouts and production elements.
- Plan and track global business needs in a timely manner.
- Manage digital window staging.
- Identify solutions to challenges such as shipment of delicate props and alternative materials while maintaining design integrity.
- Develop bid strategies for rollouts with the Procurement Team.
- Ensure smooth transitions between phase launches.
- Lead and develop the Production Windows and Animation team and freelance support.
- 10+ years of experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related fields.
- Luxury retail experience is essential.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience overseeing a global production budget.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for sourcing and production.
- Proficiency in 3D Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft applications.
- Educational background in Design or Luxury Management.
- Experience in creating compelling retail displays.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to proactively manage complex processes.
- Positive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to groups.
- Strong knowledge of vendor sources and craftspeople for materials, techniques, props, and fulfillment.

The hiring range for this position is $122,485 – $172,920, depending on relevant skills and experience.
