- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of retail sales and inventory systems.
- Gather requirements and develop system designs in collaboration with business and IT counterparts.
- Conduct requirements sessions with business users and subject matter experts.
- Challenge existing processes to improve efficiency and client experience.
- Develop and review test cases for Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.
- Deliver project milestones within set budgets and timeframes.
- Support training strategy development and execution in local markets.
- Drive creation of training documentation aligned with system designs.
- Manage backlog of processes and designs for future project phases.
- Monitor critical issues and frequently asked questions for strategy development.
- Develop scalable processes for sales and transfer order monitoring.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8-10 years of retail experience with oversight of multiple global locations and managerial roles
- 8-10 years of experience in implementing retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing organizational change, including training and support
- Background in POS and Inventory Management systems

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail systems implementation and management, with a focus on global retail operations.
Bachelor's Degree
The hiring range for this position is $122,485 - $160,000, with eligibility for a management bonus.
Hybrid work schedule with options to work from New York, NY or Parsippany, NJ office.
