Tiffany & Co. Manager, Global Retail Systems

- Oversee deployment and maintenance of retail sales and inventory systems, focusing on Cegid POS and Sterling OMS.
- Conduct requirements sessions with business users to document current and future needs related to selling and operational technology.
- Challenge existing processes to enhance efficiency and elevate client experiences.
- Develop and review test cases for Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing, coordinating the end-to-end UAT process.
- Deliver project milestones within set budgets and timeframes.
- Support development and execution of training strategies in local markets.
- Drive creation of training documentation aligned with system designs and standard operating procedures.
- Provide transitional support between project phases to relevant parties.
- Manage backlog of processes for future project phases.
- Monitor critical issues and frequently asked questions to inform future strategies.
- Partner with business leads to prioritize and communicate system issues and updates.
- Develop scalable processes for monitoring sales and transfer orders, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are escalated appropriately.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8-10 years of retail experience with managerial oversight of multiple global locations
- 8-10 years of experience in implementing retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing organizational change, including training and support
- Background in POS and Inventory Management systems
- Strategic thinking and project management
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality output
- Approachable and collaborative work style
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Confluence and Jira
Minimum of 10 years in retail systems management and implementation, with a focus on global operations.
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $122,485 - $160,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
