Tiffany & Co. Maintenance Mechanic

- Coordinate and execute in-house project and fabrication work as assigned by the Building Operations Supervisor.
- Manage the repair and maintenance of process and building equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, process piping, wastewater treatment, electrical, and lighting systems.
- Assist in the maintenance and management of the Building Management System and the Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all process and building equipment according to the Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Adhere to Tiffany & Co.'s Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to solve mechanical, electrical, and machinery-related problems.
- Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of wastewater treatment equipment and technology.
- Proficiency in using power tools and craft equipment.
- Good computer skills, with PLC experience being advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and move heavy objects.
- Flexibility with work hours, including off-shift and weekends.
- Availability to respond to building-related emergency calls after hours.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
