1. Coordinate and execute in-house project and fabrication work as assigned by the Building Operations Supervisor.
2. Manage the repair and maintenance of process and building equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, process piping, wastewater treatment, electrical, and lighting systems.
3. Assist in the maintenance and management of the Building Management System and the Preventative Maintenance Program.
4. Perform preventative maintenance on all process and building equipment according to the Preventative Maintenance Program.
5. Adhere to Tiffany & Co.'s Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Procedures.

1. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a related field.
2. Ability to solve mechanical, electrical, and machinery-related problems.
3. Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
4. Working knowledge of wastewater treatment equipment and technology.
5. Proficiency in using power tools and craft equipment.
6. Good computer skills, with PLC experience being advantageous.
7. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
8. Ability to perform heavy lifting and move heavy objects.
9. Flexibility with work hours, including off-shift and weekends.
10. Availability to respond to building-related emergency calls after hours.
11. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
