Maintenance Mechanic

1. Coordinate and perform in-house project/fabrication work.
2. Repair and maintain process and building equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, process piping, wastewater treatment, electrical, and lighting.
3. Assist in the maintenance and management of the Building Management System.
4. Complete, implement, and manage the Preventative Maintenance Program.
5. Adhere to Tiffany & Co.'s Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Procedures.

1. Minimum 10-15 years experience in a related field.
2. Ability to solve machinery, mechanical, and electrical problems.
3. Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
4. Working knowledge of wastewater treatment equipment and technology.
5. Ability to use power tools and craft equipment.
6. Good computer skills, PLC experience is a plus.
7. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
8. Flexibility with work hours, including off-shift and weekends as needed.
9. Ability to respond to building-related emergency calls after-hours.
10. Available to work overtime as needed.
