1. Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees.
2. Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
3. Support store operations to achieve sales plans.
4. Deliver an elevated in-store experience and memorable customer interactions.
5. Demonstrate brand ambassador behaviors during customer interactions.
6. Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
7. Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergencies.
8. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and reports.
9. Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures.
10. Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.

1. Valid Security License.
2. High School Diploma.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Authorization to work in Canada.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or security environment, with at least one year in a security-related position.

High School Diploma

The hiring range for this position is $20.50 to $27.83 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
