1. Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees, serving as the first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
2. Support store operations to achieve sales plans and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty.
3. Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
4. Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities, optimizing client experiences based on feedback.
5. Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
6. Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
7. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and report submissions.
8. Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures.
9. Assist with facilities repairs and communicate effectively with the store team.

1. Valid Security License
2. High School Diploma
3. Authorization to work in Canada

1. Basic computer proficiency
2. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment, with at least one year in a security-related position.
