1. Perform repairs and alterations on jewelry using techniques such as soldering, laser welding, and stone setting, adhering to Tiffany & Co. quality standards.
2. Inspect jewelry for defects and perform necessary repairs or escalate issues as needed.
3. Maintain an organized workspace and manage assigned orders to ensure timely completion.
4. Develop and apply knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, and repair techniques.
5. Collaborate with coworkers and management to improve processes and share skills.
6. Comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry repair
3. Experience in soldering and laser welding
4. Flexible work schedule, including weekends and overtime
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Fluent in English
