- Translate business requirements into efficient solutions utilizing the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
- Analyze user needs and produce comprehensive requirements documentation.
- Manage a team of developers and consultants, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Lead agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and reviews.
- Design and develop software for custom business applications.
- Oversee integration between Salesforce Sales Cloud and other platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates and features.
- Provide weekly updates to management, identifying risks and providing options.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a development or configuration capacity.
- 5+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position.
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing Salesforce Sales Cloud customizations.
- Hands-on experience using Confluence and Jira.
- Enterprise consulting experience with major technology programs.
- Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Experience with Agile and Product/Scrum team methodologies.
- Experience managing developers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a development or configuration capacity, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
The hiring range for this position is $148k-$209k, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
