- Develop and implement the IT applications and technical roadmap in collaboration with regional business department heads.
- Serve as the local leader and representative of the zone IT organization, providing strategic guidance to leverage technology for competitive advantage.
- Ensure excellence in IT service delivery to support retail network operations and expansion.
- Oversee the local deployment of worldwide transformation programs, managing change through assessment and review of standards and processes.
- Produce executive status reports and manage issues, risks, and overall project schedules.
- Lead the local IT organization, including business analysts, technical managers, and analysts, while managing local IT partners for service and cost efficiency.
- Manage applications related to retail operations, POS, payment systems, order management, digital transformation, supply chain, and corporate groups.
- Oversee technical services including network, user experience, workplace, and service desk support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related business field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of technology and business systems including e-commerce, CRM, POS, OMS, and global payment platforms.
- Proven ability to act as a business analyst and understand business needs.
- Experience working in an international, matrixed organization.
Minimum of 10 years in IT with progressively increasing responsibilities, including at least 5 years as head of IT.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
