1. Develop and implement the IT applications and technical roadmap in collaboration with regional business department heads.
2. Serve as the local leader and representative of the zone IT organization, providing strategic guidance to leverage technology for competitive advantage.
3. Ensure excellence in IT service delivery to support retail network operations and expansion.
4. Oversee the local deployment of worldwide transformation programs, managing change through assessment and review of standards and processes.
5. Produce executive status reports and manage issues, risks, and overall project schedules.
6. Lead the local IT organization, including business analysts, technical managers, and analysts, while managing local IT partners for service and cost efficiency.
7. Manage applications related to retail operations, POS, payment systems, order management, digital transformation, supply chain, and corporate groups.
8. Oversee technical services including network, user experience, workplace, and service desk support.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related business field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

1. Extensive knowledge of technology and business systems including e-commerce, CRM, POS, OMS, and global payment platforms.
2. Proven ability to act as a business analyst and understand business needs.
3. Experience working in an international, matrixed organization.

Minimum of 10 years in IT with progressively increasing responsibilities, including at least 5 years as head of IT.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
