1. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure operations.
2. Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with LVMH Group objectives.
3. Provide infrastructure solutions for office and store environments.
4. Enhance network performance, server optimization, and cloud solutions.
5. Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.
6. Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
7. Collaborate with vendors for procurement and manage vendor relationships.
8. Manage the IT infrastructure budget and allocate resources effectively.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications in IT management are advantageous.
2. Extensive experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
3. Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and project delivery.
4. Experience in Retail Outlets Infrastructure & Network implementations preferred.
5. Familiarity with AS/400 platform, ServiceNow, SalesForce CRM, IBM Sterling Commerce, and POS solutions like NCR and Cegid is a plus.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and risk management.
8. Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
9. Business-level English and native Japanese proficiency.
