- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure operations.
- Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with LVMH Group objectives.
- Provide infrastructure solutions for office and store environments.
- Enhance network performance, server optimization, and cloud solutions.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.
- Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and manage vendor relationships.
- Manage the IT infrastructure budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications in IT management are advantageous.
- Extensive experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and project delivery.
- Experience in Retail Outlets Infrastructure & Network implementations preferred.
- Familiarity with AS/400 platform, ServiceNow, SalesForce CRM, IBM Sterling Commerce, and POS solutions like NCR and Cegid is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and risk management.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
- Business-level English and native Japanese proficiency.
