- Facilitate collaboration and communication between U.S.-based teams and regional CIO/IT Directors to ensure alignment with global engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for U.S. teams, addressing issues, escalating concerns, and ensuring alignment with global strategies.
- Advocate for regional needs and ensure global strategies are effectively communicated and implemented in regional contexts.
- Prepare and maintain standardized templates for project reporting and financial tracking, ensuring compliance with global guidelines.
- Develop agendas and prepare presentations for regional meetings, anticipating discussion topics and proposing solutions.
- Record and track action items from regional meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting.
- Resolve conflicts between U.S. and regional teams, fostering positive relationships and escalating complex issues to the VP as necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of global engagement documentation for stakeholder access.
- Proven experience in a PMO, project coordination, or global operations role within a global IT organization.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and financial management principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
- Proactive and self-directed, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes is advantageous.
