- Plan target inventory levels globally and zonally based on sales forecasts and inventory policies.
- Place manufacturing orders and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with the Industrial team.
- Project inventory landing over a 12-24 month horizon at a global level.
- Plan and justify Open-To-Buy (OTB) targets for purchase plans.
- Execute new product roll-out strategies.
- Collaborate with regional Supply Chain Teams on zonal inventory and safety stock targets.
- Deliver daily and weekly allocations to zones based on sell-through and safety stock targets.
- Review zone inventory targets to ensure alignment with global policies.
- Partner with distribution and logistics teams to optimize lead times and manage shipping structures.
- Monitor inventory misalignment and initiate inter-zone rebalances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication with Zone Supply Chain partners regarding product availability and recovery dates.
- 3 - 7 years of business experience.
- College degree or equivalent business experience.
- Retail management experience in merchandise or replenishment planning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in a team environment.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in a multi-product, multi-sales channel environment.
- Knowledge of distribution operations and merchandise planning.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other planning applications.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience.
College degree or equivalent business experience.
The hiring range for this position is $92,310 - $124,890, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
