Tiffany & Co. Inventory Planner

1. Set and manage target stock levels, including new product introductions, replenishment, rebalancing, and pull-backs, while collaborating on store prioritization.
2. Communicate inventory details for new product launches, ensuring availability and addressing constraints and recovery plans.
3. Execute and optimize omni-channel inventory strategies, managing sold orders, back orders, and store product inquiries.
4. Generate and analyze inventory reports focusing on in-stock levels, weeks of supply, and new product launch readiness, comparing performance against forecasts.
5. Lead action planning to mitigate inventory challenges across zones, addressing T-flags, sell-through rates, long-tail inventory, and rebalancing needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or planning roles.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

1. Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
3. Experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools.
4. Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

1–2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or planning roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
