Tiffany & Co. Inventory Control Specialist

1. Analyze departmental reports to identify inventory discrepancies and process systematic adjustments.
2. Facilitate the release of customer and store orders through administration of IBTs and Unselected/Open order processes.
3. Perform cycle counting and variance reconciliation to ensure 99.99% accuracy levels.
4. Audit outbound cartons for compliance and accuracy.
5. Utilize Tiffany systems for processing inventory adjustments and product movements.
6. Administer Missing Assets through the Missing Asset Reporting process.
7. Monitor and investigate stock levels and prior IBT movements.
8. Process reallocations and maintain the SR Reserve.
9. Investigate and resolve pick exceptions and packing issues.
10. Consolidate SKUs from multiple locations.
11. Create, monitor, and reconcile cycle counts.
12. Update and maintain Item Master.
13. Utilize and analyze departmental tools and reports to resolve inventory imbalances.
14. Communicate findings and provide service to other departments.
15. Maintain department checklists, forms, schedules, and reports.
16. Engage employees to identify learning successes and areas of opportunity.
17. Support Distribution warehouse holiday operations as needed.
18. Assist in inventory-related projects and training as assigned.
19. Work safely and report all incidents and safety issues.

Minimum 3 years

Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
