Responsibilities
- Analyze departmental reports to identify inventory discrepancies and process systematic adjustments.
- Facilitate the release of customer and store orders through administration of IBTs and Unselected/Open order processes.
- Perform cycle counting and variance reconciliation to ensure 99.99% accuracy levels.
- Audit outbound cartons for compliance and accuracy.
- Utilize Tiffany systems for processing inventory adjustments and product movements.
- Administer Missing Assets through the Missing Asset Reporting process.
- Monitor and investigate stock levels and prior IBT movements.
- Process reallocations and maintain the SR Reserve.
- Investigate and resolve pick exceptions and packing issues.
- Consolidate SKUs from multiple locations.
- Create, monitor, and reconcile cycle counts.
- Update and maintain Item Master.
- Utilize and analyze departmental tools and reports to resolve inventory imbalances.
- Communicate findings and provide service to other departments.
- Maintain department checklists, forms, schedules, and reports.
- Engage employees to identify learning successes and areas of opportunity.
- Support Distribution warehouse holiday operations as needed.
- Assist in inventory-related projects and training as assigned.
- Work safely and report all incidents and safety issues.

- Relevant work experience
- Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule 10% of the time
Skills
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
