Tiffany & Co. Inventory Control Specialist

- Analyze departmental reports to identify inventory discrepancies and process systematic adjustments.
- Facilitate the release of customer and store orders through administration of IBTs and Unselected/Open order processes.
- Perform cycle counting and variance reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Audit outbound cartons to ensure compliance with SKU count, compliance regulations, and shipping manifests.
- Utilize Tiffany systems for processing inventory adjustments and product movements in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Administer Missing Assets through the Missing Asset Reporting process, including investigation and write-offs.
- Monitor and investigate stock levels and prior IBT movements, and process reallocations as necessary.
- Investigate and resolve pick exceptions and packing issues.
- Consolidate SKUs from multiple locations and maintain the Item Master.
- Utilize and analyze departmental tools and reports to resolve inventory imbalances and discrepancies.
- Engage with distribution employees to identify learning opportunities and support holiday operations as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule 10% of the time.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
