1. Analyze departmental reports to identify inventory discrepancies and process systematic adjustments.
2. Facilitate the release of customer and store orders through administration of IBTs and Unselected/Open order processes.
3. Perform cycle counting and variance reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
4. Audit outbound cartons to ensure compliance with SKU count, compliance regulations, and shipping manifests.
5. Utilize Tiffany systems for processing inventory adjustments and product movements in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
6. Administer Missing Assets through the Missing Asset Reporting process, including investigation and write-offs.
7. Monitor and investigate stock levels and prior IBT movements, and process reallocations as necessary.
8. Investigate and resolve pick exceptions and packing issues.
9. Consolidate SKUs from multiple locations and maintain the Item Master.
10. Utilize and analyze departmental tools and reports to resolve inventory imbalances and discrepancies.
11. Engage with distribution employees to identify learning opportunities and support holiday operations as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
2. Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

1. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
4. Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule 10% of the time.

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required.

Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
