Tiffany & Co. Industrial Planning Analyst

- Manage, expedite, and prioritize firm requirements based on the Acquisition schedule to ensure timely delivery to Distribution Centers.
- Conduct comprehensive business reviews with Planning and Sourcing teams to align supply plans with long-term supplier strategies.
- Analyze late deliveries, develop recovery plans, and resolve root causes of production delays.
- Identify potential split changes and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity related to production lead-times, case pack quantities, order minimums, and other ordering rules in JDE.
- Maintain communication with cross-functional teams regarding supplier activities and production issues.
- Collaborate with Distribution Centers on supplier compliance and receiving issues.
- Engage with suppliers to address supply issues for current production.
- Work with Gemstone Acquisition, Industrial Stone Operations, and Diamond Acquisition on cross-functional activities.
- Establish and monitor past due targets across the supply base.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of related job experience
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
- Ability to function effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team collaboration skills
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial planning or a related field.
Bachelor’s Degree
The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $85,000.00, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
