Tiffany & Co. Industrial Planning Analyst

- Manage and expedite firm requirements based on the Acquisition schedule to ensure timely delivery to Distribution Centers.
- Conduct comprehensive business reviews with Planning and Sourcing teams to align supply plans with long-term supplier strategies.
- Analyze late deliveries, develop recovery plans, and resolve root causes of production delays.
- Identify potential split changes and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity related to production lead-times, case pack quantities, and other ordering rules in JDE.
- Communicate with cross-functional team members regarding supplier activities and issues.
- Collaborate with Distribution Centers on supplier compliance and receiving issues.
- Maintain continuous communication with suppliers regarding supply issues.
- Collaborate with Gemstone Acquisition, Industrial Stone Operations, and Diamond Acquisition on cross-functional activities.
- Establish and monitor past due targets across the supply base.
- Support strategic planning initiatives and develop reports and analyses to meet business needs.
- Analyze current metrics and pursue improvements and new metrics.
- Determine and maintain internal/external supplier splits to optimize capacity utilization.
- Collaborate with other Analysts to develop and align on monthly reporting.
- Support the preparation of the Supply Review analysis as part of the monthly Integrated Business Planning Process.
- Partner with Analysts on New Product scope to ensure demand reflects updated splits within JDA.
- Collaborate with Strategic Teams on capacity planning inputs for make vs buy decisions.
- Assist with New Product launch assessments and communication.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of related job experience
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
- Proven ability to function effectively in a team environment

Minimum of 3 years of related experience in industrial planning or a similar field.
Bachelor’s Degree
The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $85,000.00, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
