1. Manage and expedite firm requirements based on the Acquisition schedule to ensure timely delivery to Distribution Centers.
2. Conduct comprehensive business reviews with Planning and Sourcing teams to align supply plans with long-term supplier strategies.
3. Analyze late deliveries, develop recovery plans, and resolve root causes of production delays.
4. Identify potential split changes and cost-saving opportunities.
5. Maintain data integrity related to production lead-times, case pack quantities, and other ordering rules in JDE.
6. Communicate with cross-functional team members regarding supplier activities and issues.
7. Collaborate with Distribution Centers on supplier compliance and receiving issues.
8. Maintain continuous communication with suppliers regarding supply issues.
9. Collaborate with Gemstone Acquisition, Industrial Stone Operations, and Diamond Acquisition on cross-functional activities.
10. Establish and monitor past due targets across the supply base.
11. Support strategic planning initiatives and develop reports and analyses to meet business needs.
12. Analyze current metrics and pursue improvements and new metrics.
13. Determine and maintain internal/external supplier splits to optimize capacity utilization.
14. Collaborate with other Analysts to develop and align on monthly reporting.
15. Support the preparation of the Supply Review analysis as part of the monthly Integrated Business Planning Process.
16. Partner with Analysts on New Product scope to ensure demand reflects updated splits within JDA.
17. Collaborate with Strategic Teams on capacity planning inputs for make vs buy decisions.
18. Assist with New Product launch assessments and communication.
19. Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 2-5 years of related job experience
3. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
4. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
5. Demonstrated analytical skills
6. Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
7. Proven ability to function effectively in a team environment
8. Willingness to work flexible schedules to meet tight deadlines

Minimum of 3 years of related experience in industrial planning or a similar field.

Bachelor’s Degree

The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $85,000.00, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
