1. Manage, expedite, re-schedule, prioritize, and analyze firm requirements to ensure on-time delivery of products to Distribution Centers.
2. Conduct business reviews with Planning and Sourcing teams to align supply plans with long-term supplier strategies.
3. Analyze late deliveries, determine recovery plans, and resolve root causes of lateness.
4. Identify potential split changes and cost savings opportunities.
5. Manage data integrity related to production lead-times, case pack quantities, order minimums, and production splits.
6. Maintain communication with cross-functional team members and suppliers regarding supply issues.
7. Collaborate with Distribution Centers on supplier compliance and receiving issues.
8. Support strategic planning initiatives and create reports and analyses to meet business needs.
9. Collaborate with other Analysts to develop and align on monthly reporting.
10. Support the preparation of Supply Review analysis as part of the Integrated Business Planning Process.
11. Partner with Analysts on New Product scope to ensure accurate demand reflection.
12. Collaborate with Strategic Teams for capacity planning inputs.
13. Assist with New Product launch assessments and communication.
14. Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 2-5 years of related job experience

2. Verbal and written communication skills
3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
4. Demonstrated analytical skills
5. Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
6. Ability to function effectively in a team environment
7. Willingness to work flexible schedules to meet tight deadlines

The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $85,000.00, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
