- Provide general administrative support including handling HR forms, tracking, ordering supplies, imaging, and administration.
- Assist in the creation of onboarding schedules for new hires.
- Support on-site tasks such as obtaining signatures and preparing presentation materials.
- Aid in HR and DEI communications by managing distribution lists and sending updates.
- Coordinate employee engagement events, liaising with vendors and managing project timelines.
- Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups to enhance team engagement.
- Assist in executing Pride month activities and connecting employees with resources.
- Support creative projects such as engagement invitations and proposal decks.
- Contribute to key HR projects, including planning engagement activities and preparing DEI initiative decks.
- Strong interest in the Human Resources field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program.

Beginner level experience in Human Resources, preferably through courses, internships, or other work.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or a recent graduate, preferably in Human Resources or Human Capital Management.
Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
