1. Assist in the monthly payroll process, including data verification and report preparation.
2. Support the talent acquisition process from recruitment to onboarding.
3. Prepare reports and conduct analysis on HR-related topics.
4. Aid in organizing employee engagement activities.
5. Serve as a point of contact for internal HR requests.

1. Pursuing or completed education in Human Resources or related fields.
2. Experience in retail, luxury, or multi-brand environments is advantageous.
3. Ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
4. Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.

1. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
2. Fluency in English and Turkish; Italian language skills are a plus.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

No prior experience required, though familiarity with the luxury or retail industry is beneficial.

Currently pursuing or completed education in Human Resources or related fields.
