- Assist in the monthly payroll process, including data verification and report preparation.
- Support the talent acquisition process from recruitment to onboarding.
- Prepare reports and conduct analysis on HR-related topics.
- Aid in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal HR requests.
- Pursuing or completed education in Human Resources or related fields.
- Experience in retail, luxury, or multi-brand environments is advantageous.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
- Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Fluency in English and Turkish; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
No prior experience required, though familiarity with the luxury or retail industry is beneficial.
Currently pursuing or completed education in Human Resources or related fields.
