- Provide accurate and timely general administrative HR support.
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes.
- Address HR queries to enhance the employment experience.
- Maintain accuracy and data integrity in HRIS systems.
- Collect, report, and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and measure performance.
- Organize qualitative data from employee surveys into reports and presentations.
- Create intranet site pages on SharePoint for resource accessibility.
- Identify and implement process improvements in HR and management.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and manage offers for positions.
- Ensure compliance with Tiffany policies and coordinate WHS management processes.
- Minimum of 2 years' full-time Human Resources administration/coordination experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline.
- Experience in HRIS data reporting/analysis and HR systems support, ideally Oracle HCM.
- Proficiency in complex data analysis, dashboard creation, and system automation.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant HR role.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline.
