- Provide accurate and timely general administrative HR support
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Assist employees with HR queries to enhance their employment experience
- Maintain currency, accuracy, and data integrity in HRIS
- Collect, report, and analyze HR metrics to determine trends and measure performance
- Review and organize qualitative data from Employee Surveys into reports and presentations
- Create intranet site pages on SharePoint for resource accessibility
- Identify and create process improvements in HR and management processes
- Help create solutions that engage employees and contribute to business priorities
- Conduct interviews, background and reference checks, and manage offers
- Execute and promote compliance with Tiffany policies and procedures
- Minimum of 2 years' full-time Human Resources administration/coordination experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
- Experience in HRIS data reporting/analysis and HR systems support
- Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Self-motivation and creativity
- Optimistic, positive, and collaborative attitude
Minimum 3 years
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
