- Review and update HR standards, policies, and programs in alignment with business needs and legal regulations.
- Enhance retail performance through data utilization and goal setting, fostering a high-motivation work environment.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for internal and external audits.
- Conduct interviews for mid-career and new graduate candidates, determining appropriate assignments.
- Support new employees post-onboarding and conduct follow-up interviews.
- Recommend and implement employee relations practices to foster positive employer-employee relationships and high morale.
- Manage employee communication and feedback to address talent attraction and retention needs.
- Resolve HR-related issues within the organization.
- Lead performance management reviews, talent assessments, and individual compensation reviews.
- Evaluate and drive organizational transformation based on current and future business needs.
- Monitor performance improvement processes for underperforming employees.
- Develop and oversee organizational training strategies, including induction training for new hires.
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of broad HR experience.
- Experience in B to C business preferred; retail experience not mandatory.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese; English skills preferred.
- Organizational agility to build effective relationships across boundaries.
- Strategic agility to balance future trends with day-to-day details.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in Japanese.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address hidden issues.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions without complete information.
- Conflict management skills to view conflicts as opportunities and drive solutions.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Bachelor's Degree
