- Provide HR oversight to develop and implement HR initiatives supporting business success.
- Demonstrate knowledge in HR areas such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational design.
- Ensure consistent and fair resolution of complex employee relations and benefits situations.
- Manage organizational risk in the application and implementation of policies and practices.
- Focus on external recruitment and talent planning, on-boarding, and diversifying talent levels.
- Identify strategic positions and ensure talent action plans are in place.
- Maximize internal talent through career path development and ongoing dialogue.
- Identify compensation and benefits trends and conduct local industry compensation analysis.
- Act as a communication conduit between key leaders for HR initiatives and projects.
- Ensure alignment of HR projects between Global and Region.
- Assess and improve operational efficiencies of HR processes and procedures.
- Work with the larger HR team across Northern & Latin America and Global HR for team development.
- Drive quality HR service and support at all levels.
- BA/BS or relevant work experience
- Minimum 7-10 years HR experience, including HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of Retail or luxury goods preferred
- Strong leadership presence and experience managing diverse groups
- Strong consultative, coaching, communication, and influence skills
- Demonstrated expertise in HR service delivery
- General business acumen and analytical thinking ability
- Strong computer skills with MS Office and HRIS
- Organized, detail-oriented, with project management skills

Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including HR Generalist experience.
BA/BS or relevant work experience
The hiring range for this position is $122,485 – $172,920, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
