HR Business Partner Manager

1. Provide HR oversight to develop and implement HR initiatives supporting business success.
2. Demonstrate knowledge in HR areas such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational design.
3. Ensure consistent and fair resolution of complex employee relations and benefits situations.
4. Manage organizational risk in the application and implementation of policies and practices.
5. Focus on external recruitment and talent planning, on-boarding, and diversifying talent levels.
6. Identify strategic positions and ensure talent action plans are in place.
7. Maximize internal talent through career path development and ongoing dialogue.
8. Identify compensation and benefits trends and conduct local industry compensation analysis.
9. Act as a communication conduit between key leaders for HR initiatives and projects.
10. Ensure alignment of HR projects between Global and Region.
11. Assess and improve operational efficiencies of HR processes and procedures.
12. Work with the larger HR team across Northern & Latin America and Global HR for team development.
13. Drive quality HR service and support at all levels.

1. BA/BS or relevant work experience
2. Minimum 7-10 years HR experience, including HR Generalist experience
3. Knowledge of Retail or luxury goods preferred
4. Strong leadership presence and experience managing diverse groups
5. Strong consultative, coaching, communication, and influence skills
6. Demonstrated expertise in HR service delivery
7. General business acumen and analytical thinking ability
8. Strong computer skills with MS Office and HRIS
9. Organized, detail-oriented, with project management skills
10. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including HR Generalist experience.

BA/BS or relevant work experience

The hiring range for this position is $122,485 – $172,920, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
