- Provide strategic HR guidance to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business success and the TCO Global HR mission.
- Manage complex employee relations and benefits situations, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
- Strategize workforce planning and talent acquisition to balance short-term and long-term needs.
- Identify strategic positions and ensure robust talent action plans are in place.
- Enhance internal talent development through career pathing and ongoing dialogue.
- Conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive programs.
- Facilitate communication between leaders to identify and develop HR initiatives and projects.
- Ensure alignment of HR projects with business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Drive HR team development across Northern & Latin America and Global HR.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, including HR Generalist roles.
- Knowledge of retail or luxury goods industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proven expertise in HR service delivery.
- Strong consultative, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.

The hiring range for this position is $122,485 – $172,920, dependent on skills and experience.
