1. Provide strategic HR guidance to align people strategies with business objectives.
2. Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business success and the TCO Global HR mission.
3. Manage complex employee relations and benefits situations, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
4. Strategize workforce planning and talent acquisition to balance short-term and long-term needs.
5. Identify strategic positions and ensure robust talent action plans are in place.
6. Enhance internal talent development through career pathing and ongoing dialogue.
7. Conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive programs.
8. Facilitate communication between leaders to identify and develop HR initiatives and projects.
9. Ensure alignment of HR projects with business strategy and operational efficiency.
10. Drive HR team development across Northern & Latin America and Global HR.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, including HR Generalist roles.
3. Knowledge of retail or luxury goods industry preferred.
4. Strong leadership and management skills.
5. Proven expertise in HR service delivery.
6. Strong consultative, coaching, and communication skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
8. Organized, detail-oriented, with project management skills.
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

The hiring range for this position is $122,485 – $172,920, dependent on skills and experience.
