- Provide exemplary customer service during hosting experiences to enhance sales growth.
- Assist the leadership team by offering guidance on top Miami experiences, including restaurants, hotels, and events.
- Lead and organize appointment scheduling processes for both US and international stores.
- Oversee line management with a consistent and elevated approach as needed.
- Serve as the primary contact for Back of House Hospitality stock management.
- Control item expiry to optimize storage and minimize waste.
- Organize and maintain hospitality storage closets and tools.
- Manage main storage for consumable stock such as champagne, water, and soft drinks.
- Monitor daily consumption and restocking for each Back of House area in the boutique.
- Match consumptions with appointment numbers, analyze, and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with IT and HR on administrative needs for hospitality staff, including IT assets, uniforms, and onboarding.
- Communicate clearly with Boutique Management and external vendors.
- Track and forecast hosting staffing needs strategically.
- Schedule waitstaff in partnership with the Workforce Management Team.
- Process Food & Beverage purchases and receipts, aligning them with the hospitality budget.
- Receive and process invoices promptly to maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Support the execution of high-profile selling events, VIC client appointments, and special projects.
- Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Support additional operational tasks as requested by the Director and Team Managers.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a hospitality or luxury retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ambitious, flexible, outgoing, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting.
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
