Tiffany & Co. High Jewelry Manager

- Collaborate with Client Relations and Retail leadership to implement High Jewelry sales initiatives targeting HNW and UHNW clients in Mexico.
- Plan and execute local High Jewelry activations, private appointments, and events tailored to the Mexican market.
- Work with Regional Client Relations teams to understand local client behaviors and market-specific opportunities.
- Coordinate with Merchandising and Regional High Jewelry teams to align product assortment with client preferences in Mexico.
- Analyze High Jewelry business performance locally and provide insights to regional leadership.
- Support the development of a local community of High Jewelry Experts with strong knowledge of gemstones and craftsmanship.
- Assist in executing training programs for High Jewelry experts to enhance sales capabilities.
- Identify potential candidates for the High Jewelry expert community and propose continuous learning opportunities.
- Act as a local ambassador for High Jewelry, ensuring brand consistency while adapting to local cultural expectations.
- Support teams in delivering personalized client experiences that reinforce trust and exclusivity.
- 5–8 years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end client relations.
- Gemology qualification, preferably GG level.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and support market-level initiatives.
- Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients in the Mexican market.
- Previous client-facing or client relations experience.
- Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the Mexican luxury consumer.
- Strategic thinking and operational excellence.
- Relationship-building and client engagement.
- Market analysis and business performance tracking.
- Event planning and execution.
- Training and development of expert communities.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end client relations, with a focus on HNW/UHNW clients.
Gemology qualification (GG level preferred).
