2. Support the construction of new and repeatable high jewelry products according to project timelines.
3. Perform cast cleaning, assembly, and repair of platinum and gold jewelry with diamonds and precious stones.
4. Ensure the protection of all diamonds and precious stones to prevent damage.
5. Improve efficiency by following prescribed routing steps and standard completion times.
6. Communicate project status, issues, and concerns to management effectively.
7. Verify the accuracy of work orders, including tracking location and high-value components.
8. Comply with security operating procedures and ensure all materials and work orders are secured before exiting the facility.

1. Minimum 5 years of bench experience in high-end jewelry manufacturing.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

3. Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
4. Willingness to work overtime as needed.

The hourly rate ranges from $35.00 to $46.00, depending on skills and experience.
