1. Execute HJ development and workshop training programs in China.
2. Assist in various training activities for the High Jewelry Department (HJD).
3. Optimize and develop training materials for the HJD.
4. Provide communication support and translation for the U.S. HJ training department.
5. Expand the new client base and convert them into Tiffany HJ clients.
6. Organize HJ client events, such as Friends of Friends.
7. Collect, compile, and edit client research reports.
8. Achieve an annual individual sales target of CNY 5M.
9. Provide on-site support for HJ events.
10. Handle logistics and procurement tasks for event preparation.
11. Collect and organize post-event feedback.
12. Assist with overseas events.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

2. Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Experience in sales and client relationship management within the luxury sector is preferred.
