1. Lead the strategic development and performance enhancement of the High Jewelry (HJ) business.
2. Manage and monitor HJ business performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
3. Collaborate with market Client Relations leaders to develop effective outreach strategies for high-net-worth clients.
4. Partner with Regional Client Relations teams to understand local needs and propose tailored solutions.
5. Work with merchandising and Zone High Jewelry teams to meet client expectations regarding HJ assortment.
6. Initiate and develop a community of High Jewelry Experts with deep knowledge of stones and jewelry making.
7. Create and implement a comprehensive training plan for the community of experts.
8. Identify potential internal and external candidates for the community of experts.
9. Continuously seek creative opportunities to engage and support the community of experts.

1. 8+ years of relevant experience in the luxury watch and jewelry industry.
2. Qualification in gemology, preferably at the GG level.
3. Proven ability to manage budgets and support local initiatives.
4. Experience in client relations or client-facing roles.

1. Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution abilities.
2. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to build and lead a community of experts.
4. Proficiency in budget management.

A minimum of 8 years in the luxury watch and jewelry industry, with significant experience in client relations and business development.

Qualification in gemology, GG level preferred.
