1. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
2. Maintain standard industry benchmarking metrics to analyze the health of the supply chain and logistics partner performance.
3. Analyze shipment and brokerage data to improve lead times and minimize costs.
4. Provide guidance on item classification, claims, and expediting shipments.
5. Partner with internal teams and suppliers to educate on compliance topics and operational efficiencies.
6. Generate and maintain standard operating procedures for efficient work processes.
7. Establish clearance procedures and document retention with customs brokers.
8. Execute audits of customs entries and import/export documentation.
9. Assess and mitigate risks related to international trade activities.
10. Identify efficiency opportunities and support special projects related to trade and logistics.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
2. 4-6 years of practical experience in trade compliance or logistics.
3. Strong knowledge of import/export regulations.
4. Experience conducting audits and assessing compliance risks.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Minimum 5 years of experience in trade compliance or logistics functions.

The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $104,190, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
